Effective November 1st, 2022, Mountain State Waste acquires all of Republic Services’ trash collection routes in Lincoln, Mason, Boone & Logan Counties.

With enormous enthusiasm, Mountain State Waste (MSW) is pleased to formally welcome all our new customers previously serviced by Republic Services. MSW is a locally owned West Virginia company that has offices in Milton, Red House, Jane Lew, and Morgantown, WV, and provides collection services throughout our great state. MSW is led by its owners, Randie Lawson, who has 36+ years of experience in the West Virginia refuse industry, and J.P. Phillips, who has 21+ years of experience in the local and national refuse industry.

You will receive your new bill from Mountain State Waste. This bill is for November service and is due on November 20th, 2022. This bill also includes any past due balance that you may have still owed to Republic Services for prior service. All payments for the current service or past due amounts for prior services should be paid to Mountain State Waste.

Any payments that you have made to Republic Services will be reflected in this statement from MSW. If you notice a discrepancy, please let us know immediately. Going forward you will continue to receive a monthly invoice from MSW.
